With a southerly that came through right near the start of the women’s race, the course had to be changed to the conditions.

15.5 km’s from Rose Bay over to Manly, felt a lot harder than some longer races we’ve done, but our Master’s ladies crew came in second place which was a great result given the conditions.

You never know how a race will go.  Whether you’ll have favourable conditions or be fighting the whole way, but that’s kinda part of the fun of outrigging.
