One of the privileges of being able to outrigger canoe in Australia is when you get joined by wildlife.  Over the years SOCCI have had the chance to swim with wild dolphins and have Humpback whales breach less than 50 meters from the canoe.

This video was from our men’s winter training camp down in Jervis Bay, proof that we didn’t only drink beer all weekend.  In fact we managed a 22KM OC1 session over to Hyams beach to walk on the whitest sand on earth.  All in all, a good weekend.
