Training Schedule

Training sessions for the season underway. 

At training sessions, the coaches will concentrate on technique, timing and fitness. 

Once racing has commenced training sessions with resume to the below.

Evening Sessions             
Tuesdays: 6.15 pm
Thursdays: 6.15pm
Morning Sessions
Tuesdays: 5:00am

Wednesdays: 5.00am

Saturday: 6.00am
Sundays: 6.00am


NB:  Personal Floatation Devices (PFD's) are required at all sessions. 
The club will provide PFD's when members do not have one of their own.
